In all, he's an exceptional nice guy, without high ego, that knows his abilities, makes you aware of costs/options before he starts work, and he is nice looking.

No one wants to have an extraction done, but the staff at Southwest Oral Surgery made my experience very pleasant. From the consult visit where everyone was very kind and answered all questions, to the prio auth staff who provided tips to deal with the insurance I was very impressed.The day of surgery they knew who I was and who my driver was the moment we walked in and as soon as I checked in I was taken back to get the procedure started. It was quick and easy and the most impressive part was that the surgeon called me later in the day to make sure I was doing ok and answer any questions I might have. It was just overall top notch customer service.

Very pleased over all. Everyone is very accommodating, professional and friendly. My surgery was a great success. I would not hesitate to recommend Southwest Oral Surgery to anyone who has extreme anxiety going to the dentist/Oral Surgeon. Dr Saiz was the best. The work I needed done was extensive and I was very apprehensive at first because I am a Senior and have a complicated health history. My adult children were also apprehensive because of my age and medical history. Dr. Saiz was my 2nd opinion, and after speaking with him, and his staff, I was put very much at ease, had great faith in his capabilities, and willingness to put me under completely for the surgery. Today was my follow up appointment, one week following surgery. Even Dr Saiz seemed amazed that I was healing so quickly. My stitches have come out on their own, I had very little pain and none whatsoever today. I told Dr. Saiz I had great faith in him, and he didn’t disappoint. It was one of the most pleasurable dental experiences of my life
