My daughter had oral surgery here a few years ago, and because of her great experience I also brought my son. He had his first surgery last year, and his second this week. The doctors and staff are very professional but also very personable. I love the fact that the surgeon called after each surgery to check on my daughter and son. Every step of the way, we have been happy with the way everything was handled.

I felt cared for, I felt like I was in the right place, and I feel so confident walking into my wisdom teeth removal. This is officially the place for me and my husband to continue care. I haven’t experienced care like this anywhere in the valley.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent experience at your clinic. Everything was excellent, and I have only positive things to say. I underwent "all on 4" implant surgery four weeks ago. During my follow-up appointment last week, Dr. Buch shared how challenging the procedure was. I am incredibly grateful for his exceptional skill and care. I also want to recognize Paula. I truly appreciate her willingness to fit me into the schedule so quickly; her customer service skills are top-notch. I had an implant that failed and my regular dentist was on vacation. The pain was mind blowing. My dentist referred me to Southwest Oral and I go the pleasure of meeting Dr DeFelice. I was hysterically crying due to the pain and I couldn't calm down. He helped me and did emergency surgery and had to remove a dead bone graft that was in my nerve. The staff was amazing. The came an sat with me so I wouldn't be alone. Aside from my regular dentist, these people are so compassionate about what they do. If I ever have to have oral surgery again, I am going back. If anyone is checking out the reviews to see what kind of care you are going to get, look no further. If I could give 100 stars I would. Other offices could take lessons from these people and how you treat a patient. Their follow up after procedures is outstanding to! They know what it takes to be an actual healer and it's not about the money or insurance either! I just love everyone there and how they made me feel both before and after!

As someone who suffers from chronic anxiety I have to say this is the best dentist office experience I’ve ever had. The office is cozy and not too bright. Soft pleasant music. A nice vibe. The reception staff were all super friendly and seemed to be on top of things and happy to help. All the rest of the staff were kind, attentive and caring. Knowing about my anxiety and treating me with lots of respect. I could not recommend this office more.

Dr Buch is an exceptionally qualified dental surgeon, MD and anesthesiologist. He also has a good bedside manner. Doesn't waste time but talks to you just enough. I barley felt the needle for the IV (and most have trouble with my veins). His team made me feel comfortable and the care was top notch.

My Oral Surgeon Dr Stabley is Fantastic. Five Stars isn't enough for Him and his staff. We will be back thats for sure.

Dr.Trippel was FANTASTIC! As someone with horrible dental anxiety, I was amazed at how smoothly my procedure went thanks to his skill and calming presence. He explains everything throughly. Everyone that helped him was so sweet to me as well. Great office. Great team. He even followed up personally afterward, showing how much he truly cares. Truly happy with my experience!

All of the staff was super friendly, and professional! Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do but everyone made me feel very comfortable! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
