I had an implant that failed and my regular dentist was on vacation. The pain was mind blowing. My dentist referred me to Southwest Oral and I go the pleasure of meeting Dr DeFelice. I was hysterically crying due to the pain and I couldn't calm down. He helped me and did emergency surgery and had to remove a dead bone graft that was in my nerve. The staff was amazing. The came an sat with me so I wouldn't be alone. Aside from my regular dentist, these people are so compassionate about what they do. If I ever have to have oral surgery again, I am going back. If anyone is checking out the reviews to see what kind of care you are going to get, look no further. If I could give 100 stars I would. Other offices could take lessons from these people and how you treat a patient. Their follow up after procedures is outstanding to! They know what it takes to be an actual healer and it's not about the money or insurance either! I just love everyone there and how they made me feel both before and after!

As someone who suffers from chronic anxiety I have to say this is the best dentist office experience I’ve ever had. The office is cozy and not too bright. Soft pleasant music. A nice vibe. The reception staff were all super friendly and seemed to be on top of things and happy to help. All the rest of the staff were kind, attentive and caring. Knowing about my anxiety and treating me with lots of respect. I could not recommend this office more.

Dr Buch is an exceptionally qualified dental surgeon, MD and anesthesiologist. He also has a good bedside manner. Doesn't waste time but talks to you just enough. I barley felt the needle for the IV (and most have trouble with my veins). His team made me feel comfortable and the care was top notch.

My Oral Surgeon Dr Stabley is Fantastic. Five Stars isn't enough for Him and his staff. We will be back thats for sure.

Dr.Trippel was FANTASTIC! As someone with horrible dental anxiety, I was amazed at how smoothly my procedure went thanks to his skill and calming presence. He explains everything throughly. Everyone that helped him was so sweet to me as well. Great office. Great team. He even followed up personally afterward, showing how much he truly cares. Truly happy with my experience!

All of the staff was super friendly, and professional! Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do but everyone made me feel very comfortable! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Just recently visited Southwest Oral Surgery to have a cracked tooth extracted and start of implant replacement. Dr Trippel was my surgeon and explained everything that would be done prior to the procedure. It went very well and was pleased with the Dr and assistants through out the procedure. The office staff was also very helpful, Irene was a real pleasure to deal with.

I definitely would recommend Dr. Defelice and his staff. While there was one under-discussed item regarding recovery, I would still rate the experience as superior.

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Buch and his entire team during my daughter’s wisdom teeth removal and biopsy. From start to finish, everyone was professional, caring, and incredibly reassuring during what could have been a very stressful day for her. A very special shout out to the assistant who escorted my daughter to the car afterward — she was so sweet, patient, and genuinely caring. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and taken care of, and that kindness meant more than you know. Thank you all for making this experience such a positive one. We truly appreciate the compassion and excellent care!

Dr. DeFelice was amazing! I went previously in February & we couldn’t extract my wisdom teeth because my BP was extremely high… he had me work with my PCP. I am happy he called out what my PCP continued to deny & I was able to return today to get my wisdom teeth pulled. It was the fastest thing I ever experienced & the whole crew was amazing. They all kept me laughing & kept me calm during the process. I would recommend them a million times over

Amazing set of staff and doctors! Everyone is very kind and open to answering all of my questions. They gave plenty of post procedure information that made me feel very secure in my recovery. From my consultation to the day of the procedure to everything after, I felt very confident in the team here. This facility is the best!

I had an overall, good experience.

From my first visit to the actual procedure of having two dental implants, the staff from reception to the surgery were amazing! Welcoming, warm, caring and responsive. Dr DeFelice was warm, approachable, skilled and amazing in all regards. I lucked out being referred to this practice.

Irma at the front desk Was great keeping me informed about my appointment and paperwork. Mikayla Dr. Buch’s Assistant was amazing. I had a high level of anxiety and she made everything so much easier. She was very sweet and we had great conversation easing my anxiety.Dr Buch was great Letting me know what he was doing along the way and asking if there was any discomfort. I’ve had very little pain after the surgery. And the healing process has already started. I’m glad I chose Southwest.
