I was referred by my dentist for an extraction to Soutwest Oral Surgery. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Everyone--- from the receptionists, to the surgical assistants to the oral surgeon himself--- was pleasant, professional, solicitous, and concerned with my care and well being before, during, and after my procedure. I would like to thank Mikayla, the assistant, and Dr. DeFelice specifically. They made what could have been a difficult procedure fast, easy, and painless! I highly recommend this practice.

I made an appointment to have a tooth extracted and was able to get in quickly. I had just met with an Endodontist who took the Xray a week before. I was told that I would not be charged for another Xray and I wasn't. Due to my severe gag reflex it was determined that I would need iv sedation. My consult was with Dr. Stabley. I was very impressed and felt as if I was in charge. Dr. Stanley listened and gave me the pros and cons of my options following the extraction. I then did my research and chose to have a bone graft to prepare for an implant down the line. Following my consult, I met with two other people, one who took information and the other a financial person. I knew exactly what I was paying for and the cost was itemized. For not having insurance, they made my option very affordable. When I went in for my procedure there were no surprises and everything proceeded without a hitch. Dr. Stanley met with me prior to beginning the work and again explained everything we were doing that day. At our consult, Dr. Stanley took as much time as needed for all my questions and concerns. The company really uses a team approach and the left hand knows what the right hand is doing, ever clerical and technician were friendly and professional. Kudos to the owners of the practice for the great team they put together.

Dr. DeFelice, Vanessa, and Mikayla are the absolute best. They made my experience seamless and very comfortable. I could not have had a better experience. I am 24 hours out of wisdom teeth extraction, and I have no pain and minimal swelling. Thank you so much Dr. DeFelice!
